Positive: It's an entire house just a 5-minute walk from the main Lamai Beach entrance. The house includes a room with three single beds, a spacious bathroom, and two balconies (though they don’t offer much of a view). The kitchen is basic—equipped with a fridge, sink, and microwave, but no stove. It would’ve been great to have one for cooking, though we managed to make breakfast by microwaving eggs. The wifi works great too. The house is tucked away at the back of the property, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping came every other day to clean and restock bottled water, which was a nice touch. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful. They can arrange tours and local activities. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by another three days. Definitely recommended!

Negative: No stove. It would’ve been great to have one for cooking, though we managed to make breakfast by microwaving eggs. They only came to clean every other day, which was fine except for the trash bin.

Positive: It’s about 5 minute walk to the beach thru a beachside hotel that’s directly across the street from Sawasdee House. The mother and daughter clean the room every 3 or 4 days, which includes changing the sheets and towels every time they clean. It’s quiet.. I stayed here for a month.
