Summary: Dated hotel but ok for the price. I stayed on the third floor in the main building. The AC could use an update. The wall and floors really transfer the noise from the other units.

Summary: Good location on beach, staff friendly, but no other positives as regards this facility!!! Major renovation required, bathroom dreadful, sewerage smell terrible, cracked tiles, musty smell in bedroom, towels threadbare, sheets grey & worn, pillows terrible, mice outside room balcony, very budget accommodation

Summary: Nice 3 stars hotel on the lamai beach , hotel a little dated but still nice and clean , we had seaview room and the view was amazing specially sunrise.
