Summary: This place is amazing. Incredible location. It was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Only thing I would say, and people have said before, needed some more lounge seating. We needed up using the outdoor chairs (which were a little uncomfortable) and there needs to be some shade on the deck (we took our own umbrella). Fantastic break away tho. Felt like a real holiday. What a treat!

Summary: simple clean tidy accommodation, with an amazing outlook. we were there for a wedding so didn't get to enjoy spot as much as it deserved but if staying for longer would have enjoyed more comfortable lounge suite, and not enough seating for our group of 6. just being fussy as overall was great

Summary: Property was nice and clean, property manager available to sort out a minor issue very quickly. Only downside was the ratio of comfy chairs to occupancy

Summary: Overall happy with our stay, the view makes up for the few minor things could of made our stay better. Property is tired compared to listing, outdoor furniture is falling apart, and a few chairs were covered in bird poo. The kitchen gear was tired, pans were hard to cook with (sticky and wobbly handles). We only had enough gas to cook on BBQ one night (we stayed for 6). 4 rolls of toilet paper provided for 5 adults for 6 nights. Guest book had limited and outdated information regarding property and area, including rubbish collection and parking. Pukehina is a perfect family holiday location, with the beach and estry and close enough to the rest of Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

Summary: My whānau and I stayed here over the Christmas period. AMAZING beachfront view with beach access only a few houses over. It would pay to take your own umbrella as shade is needed on the deck. Rooms were spacious enough to cater for our large whānau. 2/3 rooms have wardrobe access. The other room has a tall shelf to store items. Bathroom was spacious. The double basin vanity was super handy! Great water pressure. Seperate toilet was convenient. Kitchen space catered well for our group. Dishwasher handy. We would take extra tea towels next time as the two provided was well used. Most utensils available. Laundry was fine. Clothes horse to dry clothes. Briefly met the neighbours to the left facing the beach who are friendly. Ordered takeaways from The Store and they didn’t disappoint! Super delicious and would recommend. Great friendly communication with Jody and Sandra from Beach Rentals. Would gladly come back and stay again.
