Summary: This is an excellent property for families. It has a split floor plan which we really liked as well as comfortable beds. The very best part for us was the pool area. The pool is nicely heated as well as the spa tub. We used these daily! The kitchen is well equipped. We took a break from cooking and ate out! It also had an outdoor kitchen/firepit. We didn't utilize this part but it looked really nice.

Summary: Very relaxing week spent at this home. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub, but also enjoyed the outdoor seating area by the tiki hut. This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (though sound does carry on the canals). Publix and many restaurants close by. The master bed was wonderful and we had great communication with property manager.

Summary: This Cape Coral house is great for a family or 3 couples. The outdoor space has a very nice pool and a small hot tub. We spent most of our time outside by the pool or the tiki area. The canal had fish jumping and ducks swimming. It was easy to get to the Publix for groceries. Pine Island was a short drive, also. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We were given some courtesy items, which were helpful. We really enjoyed this house. We would definitely stay again!
