Positive: Home itself beautiful. Upon arrival at 4 they’re were still cleaning. Septic tank was overflowing/feces and toilet paper on top. (E-coli is real folks so this was a really big issue to be resolved)all on top. Trash cans were full with bags/flies. under house was trashed/broken beach stuff. Dishwasher was broken … had a great big bucket under sink to catch water (which was full of dirty water with small food particles because garbage disposal was rusted out and would leak water. Finally got sone issues resolved but only after an in person visit to the main Vacasa office in gulf shores…by all our sons… they wanted this job ( all are adults over 30!!… with their families/kids there). Joke is …. We were offered a $20.00 credit…. REALLY 😳😖🤪…I am not a Karen and NEVER write gad reviews!!! We always solve small issues ourselves . Unless you physically go to the office all falls go to a call center … somewhere🙄

Negative: Am sure this review will probably be blocked by VACASA…. But we have time stamped photos is anyone needs to see them 🙄(owners especially!!!)

Summary: Hone beautiful… whoever is in charge of maintenance needs to GO!! Doubt homeowners are aware.

Positive: very spacious, comfortable and the location was incredible

Negative: the floor was dirty and the house didn’t had trash bags, napkins one toilet paper per room. We had to travel and buy things for the house.
