Summary: Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino waiter was excellent!

Summary: We had an incredible stay at Seven Stars. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. Everyone was very warm and helpful. The pools are lovely and the beach and beach service were amazing every day. Highly recommend! We will be back. Thank you Seven Stars!

Summary: Be aware! The highest category room-oceanfront with full kitchen, 2 baths, living and dining room-May not be an ocean view! We were placed in a room with a view of thick palm tees, blue plastic tarps, a women’s bathroom and thick shrubbery blocking our entire 3 room balcony view. We had to crane our neck out the view from the dining room to see the ocean. When we inquired they replied “we only guarantee the category”. That was confusing because it was ocean view. We stayed the entire day and night in this room with no compensation-not even a little desert or a note. The next day (now the 2nd day of our stay) took ½ the day trying to change rooms. We left the beach, cleaned up, went to the front desk at the scheduled time to view another room. We waited about 20 minutes and they said it would be ready in another 30 minutes. So we went back to the beach (in our day clothes-not beachware) and waited. They finally came to get us, showed us the room and said we had to pack our bags, leave our room and wait 2 hours to get into the next room with a better view. In the end, we loved the beach and the category of room, but wasted 2 days trying to get settled. In the end after a struggle they comped $100 off of our $1200/night room. Then billed us an additional $108 as a separate fee. Beautiful beach, but never again. Beware!

Summary: Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone visiting Grace Bay. Amazing staff, so friendly and attentive. Clean and spacious rooms. Perfect location for beach access with incredible beach side service as well. 10/10 all the way around, absolutely loved it!
