We pride ourselves on keeping a clean home for you. We deep clean and sanitize after every stay. Lake Norman is across the street. Not in a small cove either. This is a big body of water that you can watch boaters go by. You can enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. Fenced yard for your little critters with a woodsy backyard. If bringing a PET(click that box and PAY THE PET FEE)
This place is a slice of heaven for sure. While sitting on the deck having a cup of coffee you can hear the boaters. Listen to the birds chirp. Enjoy beautiful lake sunsets and sunrises. Everyone that has walked into our home have all said, "This place is Beautiful or this place is Perfect!" That is what we want for you. DEEDED LAKE ACCESS LOT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE RIGHT HAS AN OPENING. That is how you know your at the right place. Please do not ask neighbors. Only homeowners and their guests(you) are allowed there. We have a pac-man game in the home for kids. It is a HIT!

This is one of the 💗cleanest homes you will stay at.
We want all guest to enjoy a clean place and trust they will sleep comfortably. If bringing pets. PAY THE PET FEE! No pets on the furniture. ESPECIALLY NO PETS ON BEDS. We have provided a pet bed for this reason. Please follow house rules so that I can give you a good review. DO NOT SMOKE IN OUR HOME. If you smoke in my home we have to air out our home for a few days just to get it out so the next person can enjoy. So we lose on bookings. If you throw a party you will be cancelled/evicted immediately. A healthy fun gathering between registered guests is just fine. 8 people MAX. HAVE FUN! I do not expect you to clean on your vacation but I also do not expect to find my home in a disarray either. Cheers!

Public Boat access is just 5 minutes away
Rent a boat or jet ski 5 minutes away or my husband can drive you around Lake Norman for 4 hours $800 includes fuel. We have life jackets! No pets on boat. It is a brand new pontoon. Seats up to 12 based on weight. He can even pull you on a tube if you would like as well.
Our home is pet friendly but you would never know a pet was here because we clean this place ourselves from Top to Bottom after every stay.

If bringing pets, pay the pet cleaning fee when you book. Or you will not get code to enter my home and your booking will be cancelled. DO NOT try to sneak them in. I will find out and terminate your stay. Be honest!
Also NO one is allowed in home that is not a registered person when you booked. That also means you can not bring a motorhome with you full of people. My home is not a party house. It is made for peaceful gatherings near the lake. I only supply enough start up essentials for how many is booked with us.
Weather permitting-we offer a boat captained by the host for 4 hours for an extra $800. There is a weight limit on the boat. Depending on weight, we can fit up to 12 people. So if your interested in this option. Please ask prior to booking

Summary: I wanted a place to get together with friends to celebrate my military retirement after 20 years. We had dinner in Charlotte then escaped to this peaceful area. It was a great time to catch up with friends I haven’t seen in a long time. The host was very thoughtful and kind. This was a night to remember and full of memories!! Summary: Comfy house overall! Absolutely zero complaints. It's very secluded and has lake access, but is not directly on the water. Close to all of the stuff in nearby Mooresville if you want to brave the ridiculous traffic on that main road into town. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Summary: The house is super cute. Comfortable and clean. Location near the lake was nice and convenient. Would definitely stay again. If you have a big group that drinks coffee, bring a coffee maker.
