This is a home and not a hotel. Please be respectful of our belongings. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to rectify the situation ASAP. You will be provided with a contact phone # for emergencies.
- This is a NO SMOKING home. (There is a patio and a huge backyard area with picnic tables. Please smoke outside)
- We do allow approved Pets for $100 fee per pet. Please inquire before booking with pets.
- NO raging parties or Loud Music
- Only the amount of people you booked for are allowed to enter the home unless approved beforehand
- We ALLOW civilized get togethers (ie, family get togethers, bachelor/bachelorette stays) Please ask before planning your get together
- For month long stays or longer, an additional charge will be added for maid service. It is required for maids to come in every two weeks to clean. This will be an additional $100 charge per month, and will be charged after booking.
*If you accidentally left something behind and need it shipped to you, it's not a problem, but there will be a $25 charge plus cost of shipping*

Summary: This home was very cozy and the location was quite convenient. Although there is train track right out front, it was very quiet even when a train passed. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Check in was easy and the kitchen and living area were efficient and perfect for a few people to gather for a meal. I would certainly stay here again.

Summary: As soon as we walked in we were delighted to find the welcoming space. Lights on and music playing. Clean comfortable beds. Great place to celebrate the holiday with family. There for the weekend and stayed to entertain for holiday meals. Easy to cook in this kitchen. We will come again and hope this place is available. Great communication with owner.

Summary: This house is new in a mixed residential neighborhood that is in the middle of changing to reflect the surrounding Cooper-Young dining and shopping area. A block away there are new houses alongside well cared for older homes. The street this house is on is a dead end (a good thing!) and more industrial, with empty grassy lots, a few industrial businesses (one with razor wire along the top of its chained fence) and one sweet house across the street. The rail road is right behind this house (I love watching and hearing the trains so this was a plus for me!). I was not comfortable walking our dog at night because of the seclusion on this block but walking the neighborhood in the day was absolutely fine - and we walked into town - minutes away - several times. (I think within a short time new houses will replace some of the abandoned buildings around the corner and this will change as this block becomes more residential.) The location is the big plus here. The restaurants in the area were excellent and we are from a foodie town, so we are pretty discriminating! Highly recommend Central Ribs and The Beauty Shop and there were more we wanted to try within walking distance. Sunrise Memphis for breakfast - although we drove there. And Gibson's Donuts. And Elwood's Shack. The food here in Memphis is amazing. The house layout was perfect. The mattress comfortable, the sheets soft. The front porch was pleasant for morning coffee. And our host always responded immediately and was very open to any small suggestions about how to make easy improvements for future guests. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Summary: We were here for a special event & had lots of down time that due to covid we did not spend enjoying all that Memphis offers. Cards, games etc would have been nice.
