This is a home and not a hotel. Please be respectful of our belongings. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to rectify the situation ASAP. You will be provided with a contact phone # for emergencies.
- This is a NO SMOKING home. (There is a patio and a huge backyard area with picnic tables. Please smoke outside)
- We do allow approved Pets for $100 fee per pet. Please inquire before booking with pets.
- NO raging parties or Loud Music
- Only the amount of people you booked for are allowed to enter the home unless approved beforehand
- We ALLOW civilized get togethers (ie, family get togethers, bachelor/bachelorette stays) Please ask before planning your get together
- For month long stays or longer, an additional charge will be added for maid service. It is required for maids to come in every two weeks to clean. This will be an additional $100 charge per month, and will be charged after booking.
*If you accidentally left something behind and need it shipped to you, it's not a problem, but there will be a $25 charge plus cost of shipping*

Summary: We had a great time. The space was lovely for my husband and I, as well as our puppy. They do a great job cleaning because we wouldn't know pets had been in the property either.

Summary: Loved our stay in this super cute, comfortable place! Well decorated and had everything nicely stocked for us, also extremely clean! To be honest, the street it’s on seems a little sketchy at first…but we felt totally safe. The property is within walking distance to so many things-brewery, restaurants, bars, and a great spot for coffee & breakfast sandwiches (Bluff City Coffee and Bakery).

Summary: Great house for small family (would not recommend it for more than 4 people, though). Nice ameneties and clean. Only drawback is that it's close to the railroad tracks so trains are quite loud at night. Bring earplugs! Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: This listing is exactly as advertised. It’s located in the heart of many wonderful local dining establishments. It has two beautiful full baths and great bedrooms. The kitchen is more that adequate. The host goes to great lengths even providing a video to make the check-in process as smooth as possible. I will recommend it to any friends planning a stay in Memphis.

Summary: This spot would be nice for 3 friends, and it’s close to some neat things. Modern and simple decor. Not ideal for couples, the rooms are pretty small. As well as the living area. Could use a couple more sets of towels. The outdoor area with the picnic tables is also where you park. The host is very responsive and will help you with what you need.

Summary: We absolutely love this house! Finding a two bedroom two bath was a challenge, but no longer. We will stay again.Great pizza place within walking distance. Only wish I had brought coffee creamer for the first morning brew.. Everything else was wonderful.

Summary: The gathering area and restrooms were so beautifully decorated that you could almost imagine you were staying in a model home. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. They also went the extra mile to make the door code something that would be easy to remember.
