Positive: Staff was friendly even the Valet staff was friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, very professional. I would definitely pick them again when I go to the ATL and we were next to the Ga aquarium in a nice location.
Negative: The so called house keepers knocked on our door at 9:30am and they can't knock on your door til after 11am . They didn't even say they were house keeping but they knocked twice and then just barged in but luckily I had the door stopper activated cause we were both sleeping a little longer and the knock woke me up, I thought it was a robbery cause if I had of brought my pistol it would have ended alot different for those house keepers not following protocols. They was trying to get rooms cleaned early so they can leave early but it's not worth your life to do stupid things and not represent who you are cause what they did is what robbers do.

Positive: Carlton and Ruby were so nice to me when I called and asked questions and came in early to see if I could check in. I'm a very picky eater and their breakfast was amazing (im not even a lover of breakfast foods). Valet was amazing, they were very efficient and quick with retrieving the car, no long waits at all. The walk to the GWCC is short by my standards so I appreciate the location. Every inch of the building was clean, the availability of plates and utensils was greatly appreciated and I defintely loved the comfort of the bed!

Positive: It was right across from the aquarium and our room looked out at the mural of the whale shark which made my grandson extremely happy.
Negative: I had to valet park because I didn't know where else to park myself.

Positive: The front desk staff Jasmine,,,Mahryia and the older maintenance man and Ray the valet were extremely nice and accommodating . They were excellent 👏
Negative: The air conditioner started blowing hot air while I was trying to get ready for an important event. The staff had to come while I was getting dress. The cable also went out. Only sports stations no cartoon network for my child.

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located close to Pepsi and the Aquarium, which is likely why they are overpriced. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. We got in very late so weren't able to enjoy any of the amenities.
Negative: We also parked in their parking garage and were bamboozled by the price structure. We were also told to text on the way down so they could get the car. However, upon arrival our car was there but no person. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to give us the keys. He appeared to be on a smoking break.
