Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our NOLA trip. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping checked in on us each day. The free parking in a covered garage was a huge selling point as was the easy access to hop on/off the city streetcars right in front of the hotel. We couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. The bed, the room and everything were very comfortable my only disappointment is that my refrigerator went out and my TV could only get one channel. We drove and the parking was free that was an advantage.

Summary: The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, trolley car stop outside the front door, coffee shop/cafe next door is awesome, and so easy to get to the quarter, plus FREE parking! the hotel covers all the details, clean, very clean, and quiet. Sunscreen and bug spray at front desk, real glassware and carafes in room, comfy beds, and a friendly greeting from entire staff each morning. Indoor parking gets locked/ monitored each night for extra security. Cozy seating areas around and inside property. We stayed in middle of summer, so low season where rates are fantastic! We will be using this location every time we visit New Orleans in the future.

Summary: Room next to elevator. Literally one step away. This spot is usually where you may find a vending machine. The only elevator on the property. I could hear every time someone used it.

Summary: Romantic getaway. Great visit during the week. We were even upgraded to a balcony view. While they do not offer room service, there are a plethora of local spots to venture out and enjoy. Staff was lovely and attentive not a huge hotel so it was not noisy. Street car is easily accessible to take you into the Quarter.
