Positive: I would sincerely appreciate the customer service and manager. We had opted for superior room. But Booking.com does not mentioned which type of room we had selected. We were three adult and it was very difficult to accommodate in one room. The management was very co operative and they allocated additional room. I really extremely thank full to Storm Mountain Resort.
Negative: Great location and away from Banff Town. The location is good for people looking for relax, calm and away from town.

Positive: The lodge was lovely very inviting, the meals provided free of charge such as breakfast and take out lunch were generous. The dinner in the dining room was very good.
Negative: In comparison to the lodge our cabin felt very dingy. The hand held shower was very inconvenient an attachment on the wall would have made showering much easier. It wasnt the luxury cabin experience I expected for the price. Our next stay in a different lodge was so much nicer at 1/3rd of the price. Perhaps I expected too much but for the amount charged it was not good value

Negative: Everything was great. The only things missing were a hair dryer and an electric kettle. It was a little chilly in the room, so I lit the fireplace, but unfortunately a lot of smoke got into the room. I understand that the fireplace was cold and it took time for it to heat up so that the smoke would go out only through the chimney, but the kids said they didn’t want the fire anymore...
