Let this villa charm you during your stay in New Orleans. With 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms across two floors and 3600 square feet, there is plenty of room to stay with your closest friends & family. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with ample living and outdoor space. With a large chef's kitchen, seating for up to 14 and a breakfast bar, this is the perfect place to entertain meals at home. Backyard pool area features stunning brick, lush greenery and a private heated pool and hot tub.
The Space:
Originally built in 1908 and fully renovated this year, we are so proud to offer this home to guests. The charm and character of the South is palpable when walking through the house with restored original hardwood floors and exposed fireplaces. Natural light pours in and reflects on the tall ceilings and beautiful antique finishes throughout.

● Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board and steamer provided
● Private gated parking for two vehicles plus free street parking

The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo to the French Quarter.
Getting Around:
The area is walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops, however, taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. This home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles historic trolley that can be a fun way of getting around all the way from Audubon Park to the other side of the French Quarter. Should you be traveling with a car, this house has two gated parking spaces and plenty of street parking around the city.

Summary: My team and I stayed here while attending a conference for the week. The venu is more stunning than the pictures do it justice. It was immaculately clean, with stunning decor and just a great overall vibe. The hosts were always prompt with responses and quick to help with anything we needed. We attend this conference every year and this will definitely be #1 on my list of places to stay. 10/10 recommend!

Summary: This home is perfect for groups. Everything is aesthetically beautiful while also being functional. The fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was amazing and made sharing the home with friends so much more comfortable. The house has tons of charm and all the amenities you can want. Beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Owners were responsive and made everything easy. One of the only houses in NOLA we’ve stayed in that felt really clean. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Summary: This stay was great- huge house- plenty of room, kitchen, and a pool for cooling off every day. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and access to the 12, 46 and 49 streetcar lines- get the jazzy pass if you are there a few days. We could get everywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend.

Summary: I had a group of 12 friends stay at this house for NYE and a football game at the super dome. It was walking distance to the stadium which was super nice. The house was awesome and definitely as pictured but a few things were a little quirky. The hot tub/pool was great but there were no instructions that we could find so it took a while to figure out how to work it and the host never responded when I asked for help. Additionally the clean towels were all left in the dryer and the clean dishes were all still in the dishwasher and we didn't realize until the 2nd day which was annoying. Lastly and probably the biggest thing is that the air conditioning was very confusing. The largest bedroom on the upper floor in controlled by a few different thermostats and we couldn't figure out which ones so that room was a sauna while the rooms downstairs were freezing. Not sure how that can get fixed but it wasn't the best. All of these small things didn't ruin our experience at all though; this house is definitely great for large groups and is an amazing aesthetic it just has some kinks to work out.
