THIS APARTMENT WAS RENOVATED TO A LUXURY STANDARD. TWO COMPLETE APARTMENTS THAT MAKE UP THE 2 BR COMBO. GREAT FOR PRIVACY. THE LEFT SIDE IS 30 SQ METERS AND FEATURES A SEPARATE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, GOURMET KITCHEN WITH FULL SIZE FRIDGE, INDUCTION COOKTOP, OVEN AND MICROWAVE. THERE IS A BALCONY OFF THE LIVING ROOM OVERLOOKING THE CATHEDRAL AND PLACE ROSSETTI. HARDWOOD FLOORING, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, AND STAINLESS BOSCH APPLIANCES ARE JUST SOME OF THE MANY UPGRADES. THE LARGE BATHROOM FEATURES A RAIN CURTAIN SHOWER AND WASHER/DRYER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
THE RIGHT SIDE APARTMENT IS A 15 SQ METER STUDIO WITH KITCHENETTE. IT HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE CATHEDRAL AND A GLIMPSE OF THE WATERFALL ON THE HILL ABOVE. THE KITCHEN FEATURES GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND BOSCH APPLIANCES. THERE IS A LARGE BATHROOM FEATURING A RAIN CUTAIN SHOWER AND LARGE SINK.
THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND LIKE MOST BUILDINGS IN THE OLD TOWN THERE IS NO LIFT.
ONCE INSIDE THE APARTMENT, THERE IS A PRIVATE DOOR TO EACH UNIT, YOU CAN KEEP THE THOSE DOORS OPEN, IF YOU LIKE OR CLOSE FOR ADDITIONAL PRIVACY.

Summary: Spacious and comfortable apartment with an amazing location that can’t be beat! One person in your party needs to be able to lug heavy bags up three flights of uneven stairs. The location makes up for this disadvantage. Communication was prompt and effective. We could have done without all the reminders about how we may incur extra charges for key issues, late arrivals, etc but we assumed they are used to dealing with a very high volume of guests who may not have been as conscientious as we tried to be. Would stay here again (but pack lighter) :)

Summary: Perfect location in heart of Old Town. Apt had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balconies and watching all the activity below. So many wonderful restaurants so close by to select from. Definitely recommend location and would stay here again.

Summary: My family and I loved our stay at this wonderful property in Old Nice. We loved the location in the heart of the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The studio and 1 bedroom combination were perfect for our family's needs affording adequate space and privacy for all 5 of us. I loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day enjoying a glass of wine and watching all of the people bustling around the neighborhood. Merci beaucoup!

Summary: The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a great location in the heart of the Old Town and a short walk to the beach. It also had excellent air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated given Nice was quite warm during our visit. The apartment had everything you could need or want, including a washing machine. The host was very kind, responsive and very helpful as technical issues kept some of my texts from getting through to the property manager. Despite my text issues check in was a breeze. As others have mentioned the stairs are formidable, especially carrying luggage. But if you are in good shape (we aren’t :) it’s worth the climb to stay in this little gem of an apartment.

Summary: The apartment was just as described, very clean and everything new. Having the two separated areas worked well for my cycling friend and me as it provided some privacy. The only downside - which to be fair is mentioned in the apartment's description - is that is on the third floor. The 3 flights of spiral staircase are steep and were a challenge to navigate with heavy suitcases and, in our case, bicycles. Being on the 3rd floor had it advantages, as it mitigated a lot of the street noise, especially when the balcony doors were shut. All in all a great place to stay in a central old-town location. Taxis were able to drive right to the door, in spite of narrow restricted roads. The bottle of wine in the frig on arrival was a nice touch.
