Positive: On mountain accommodation, easy check-in and free parking at the base for your stay. Rooms are small (waterfall rooms) but adequate.

Negative: Some basic cooking options in the room would have been nice. For example a toaster and microwave to add to the coffee machine and kettle. During our spring skiing stay (6 days) there are a couple options for dinner so you soon know the whole menu off the top of your head.

Positive: Amazing location in sunshine village.

Negative: Access to food was difficult after hours. There is no general store, or cafe open after 4pm, plus the vending machines were out of order. So essentially you could only eat at the restaurant, adding significant cost to the stay. And if you were hungry after dinner there is no access to food.

Positive: The place is beautiful, although difficult to reach. You have to pay for the gondola in the winter time. One of the gondolas at the top of the mountain didn't work.

Negative: I left a piece of clothing in the room, and realized the same day of the check out. I reached the hotel right away, and didn't receive an answer for a month, until I wrote again. Their answer: nothing was found and we donate everything after 30 days, even tho I'm pretty sure they never looked for it. Their customer service is not good at all. I don't think I will come back. They also never told me that they were going to close the hotel for renovations that same day.

Summary: Too expensive and no good customer service.
