Summary: Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. General atmosphere in the hotel was nice - friendly staff and guests. Food in the casual restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

Summary: The deluxe room is a double bed. They don’t mention that in the listing. Try sleeping two 6’ adults in that… Staff is mixed. Half are excellent, other half are just too cool and into themselves to be bothered. Three times in three days, at various times including at dinner, I found it easier just to serve myself. Then they stand there when the time comes to pay and the prompt says, add 18% tip…. Granted it must be difficult to find good workers that want to work up there, but still, as a guest, it was frustrating. Great breakfast helped.

Summary: The location is amazing and staff is super friendly, but there is a lot lacking for the price. Beds are super uncomfortable, tv’s are ancient, walls/floors are thin, food variety after 5pm is very limited, and luggage takes up to 2 hours to deliver up/down the hill.
