Positive: poor breakfast waffle, and cold cereal, bad coffee. air conditioner sounded like a semi truck running. staff were mostly no ware to be found.

Positive: The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. The hotel lobby was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast area was well maintained. Can't beat the waffles!
Negative: I could never get the TV remote to work. I heard from other guests that it is an ongoing issue. Staff did try to help. I think it's the type of remote they have for the rooms. Not necessarily the original that came with the TV but one of those "clean" ones. I can appreciate that but not if it doesn't work. Great stay otherwise

Negative: -Only 1 washcloth when first checked in. Had to go to desk to get. -No safe in room. -Bare minimum of towels - most places provide 4 of each per day. -Covid is over - daily room make up should be standard, not something that needs to be requested, then isn't done until after 3. -Hot tub didn't work -There were 2 empty beer cans in the planter by the pool on Monday when we checked in and they were still there Wednesday when we checked out- obviously they don't care about cleaning the pool area.

Positive: I knew when we booked the room that check in was at 4 o'clock We arrived quite early, but after discussing our situation with the lady at the front desk (we are disabled), we asked if we could have the room early. She quoted us the rules, but then, she went personally to see if any ground floor rooms were ready yet, and one actually was! Wish I'd got her name, she is a gem!
