Positive: + closed parking + quietly town area + breakfast area with free coffee and tea

Negative: - There was some bug with water pump — it made loud noises any time i used any water, you can hear it from the room and outside - So I guess better stay at the other building which has 2 floors and further away from the lobby (I stayed at one of 2 rooms in the building where lobby is, on the first floor)
