Summary: The property itself was nice, cute space good for a solo traveller or couple. Was in need of a sweep but other than that was clean, had dishes and cutlery available, had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Shower was nice, had good water pressure. Bedding was comfortable! Main issue was with communication, I had asked about checkin information the day before and day of check in, and they didn’t send it until an hour after checkin time. I was pretty upset with this as normally you would receive checkin information at least a day before you are supposed to arrive and having no information other than that it would be sent to me made me worry about whether I was going to actually receive the information or if I would need to search for alternative accommodations.

Summary: The Acorn was perfect for a weekend getaway to Raleigh! It was a short walk to downtown and lots of fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. The listing was exactly as described and the host was very responsive and helpful. I am already planning a return trip with my husband :)
