2023 Renovated condo located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. The Diplomat Beach Resort features private beach access, a heated pool, Tennis & Pickleball courts, Bocce ball, and Shuffleboard courts.
An easy walk to Publix, mini golf, restaurants, beaches, pools, and bars. Enjoy a relaxing stay under the sun or venture out to explore the nearby attractions.
Find all the comforts of home in the condo: Keurig Coffee maker, hair dryer, cooler bag, beach chairs, towels, and washer/dryer as well!
The Diplomat is an establishment with a rich history and resort-like amenities. It boasts a meticulously maintained Private pool, Tennis courts, Bocce ball court, Shuffleboard and Pickleball court. Additionally, guests can access a private beach entrance complete with a boardwalk and shower, making it the ideal destination for a beach vacation.
Our lovely apartment is located in a quiet second-story corner and is soundproofed with insulated storm windows. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch TV featuring cable TV with Roku, an electric reclining couch, and an easy chair.
The Master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and 50 inch TV, accompanied by a full bedroom set and easy chair. The second bedroom comes equipt with a full-size bed.
During your stay in your delightful paradise away from home, you will find all you would need in a home, including - pots, pans, a blender, and all other basic kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher and ice maker.
You can also enjoy the additional convenience of a Keurig Coffee maker, hair dryer, cooler bag, beach chairs, towels, games, books, and and Washer and Dryer!
This is the perfect space for a family or small group of friends to enjoy a beach getaway. We have every amenity you would find at a hotel resort (excluding housekeeping), with all the comforts you would find in your home. It's the perfect vacation setup!

Summary: We were in town for our daughter's softball World Series at the Space Coast Complex. We wanted to find a place on the beach that had a pool for the down time between the long days at the field. Scott's place was perfect for the 4 of us! We had chairs, toys, and the beach umbrella for the beach days! There are board games and books to enjoy while relaxing on the beach. The drive was only 30-35 mins to the complex so it was perfect! Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We got to watch satellites launch and find lots of sand dollars, crabs, and beautiful shells. Scott was extremely helpful and even provided complimentary early check in which was amazing to go ahead and get an extra day at the beach. We will be staying here the next time we come to Cocoa!

Summary: Scott’s condo was perfect for my stay. Our company was involved in a project at the Kennedy Space Center and needed many days to be on the project. This condo had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, a fully stocked linen closet, beach chairs and towels, and a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Essentially right on the beach a mere 75 steps away.

Summary: Our stay at Scott’s place was nothing short of amazing. He communicated so well and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time. We didn’t have much time to explore outside of the busy baseball schedule, but Scott had so many recommendations and even called to let us know of the unexpected launches happening during our stay! We had everything we needed to stay comfortably. A washing machine was a must with the frequent uniform washing, so that was a really nice plus!! We left a little piece of us there and can’t wait to come back!!
