Summary: Decent size apartment, room smelt of animal, smoke alarm in hallway beeped every 30 seconds.

Summary: Stayed here many times but will be considering other options from now on. Second time in month or so that no hot water available for showering, windows do not close properly so noisy,especially in the morning. Only one small lift works, the other has been out of action for at least a year!!

Summary: Although bed was very comfy and bathroom very clean, this Hotel needs a major refurb. Paintwork everywhere flaking off, carpet in our suite was shockingly thin. The windows in our room were covered in condensation so all double glazing needs replacing. The restaurant for breakfast was rediculously hot so it needs air con. The ceiling in parts looked like it was going to come down! The selection for breakfast was good though. All in all good service from all the staff but the owners need to invest in it heavily.

Summary: Had a lovely stay in the dragon hotel while over for iron man in July. Hotel was in a great location staff very helpful. Could update the carpet in bedroom, bit worse for wear 😩but overall would stay again.

Summary: Booked a suite, turned out it was a triple room so an expense could have been lessened for a standard room as didn’t have the amenities that it should have. Also ran out of hot water so I couldn’t shower on my final night or the morning of my departure
