Positive: Great location, and compared to Grace Bay where there were lots of construction work, Long Bay was quiet and beautiful. We were choosing between Ritz Carlton and The Shore Club and we were very happy that we chose The Shore. It has character and much more Caribbean feel than many of the other resorts including Ritz which felt like any beach resort in any location.
Negative: The service is slow, but you just have to get used to it since many places are the same. Irritating though that you have to remind of things several times.
Summary: It was a wonderful stay. Just get used to the slow service:)

Positive: breakfast was good, not amazing the staff was so friendly and helpful the decor and gardens were beautiful
Negative: the entrance to the water at the beach was rocky the hotel doesn't have restaurants close by, other than in the hotel itself

Positive: Incredibly beautiful property and the staff were fantastic! What a great experience!
Negative: Would like to see breakfast run a little later, maybe till 11 or 11:30. That's just a personal preference and not a negative reflection on the property or staff.

Positive: The hotel is very beautiful and the location is good, nevertheless breakfast area could be nicer.
Negative: Prices at bar and restaurant are really very expensive and staff in general at the hotel is not very nice. The nicest ones were the staff working on the beach and the cleaning ladies. Our shower wasn’t working well, water was too hot or too cold. The cleaning of the beach and paths around and garden area could be better. Some guests at the pool were really very loud, not having in consideration other guests.
