Summary: All perfect, very kind staff, nice breakfast. Very sustainable room equipment - tiles, floors, furniture, lamps etc. Bedroom and toilet are separate and quite small but beautiful designes

Summary: This hotel stay surprised me in a good way. It's not your typical hotel... hugely sustainable including the shuttlecock l-made lamps. The service was exceptional and the breakfast delicious.

Summary: I stayed for almost one week for business purposes. The hotel location was very convenient to my work place. The staff were very friendly, the older lady in the breakfast was amazing. Although she did not speak English, she made you feels very welcomed. They did not have a dedicated receptionist desk, but there was staff from the bar looked over the people who want to check-in/check-out. The room was rather small, full of fancy furniture but not functional to my taste. No wardrobe, and most the concerning: zero room cleaning (despite I was promised that they will clean the room every 3rd day). There is a fundamental different between being environmental friendly and simply being simply unhygienic and ignorant. The breakfast room always super congested around 8 am. It did not bother me much as I tend to come early, but there were few days where I felt it was so bad to the point of not being fair to the customers who have paid for the breakfast (and seems the manager did not understand this). The room price was rather expensive, even for Brussels' standard. In general, it was an OK stay, but not great.

Summary: Comfortable room. Stayed in a twin. Excellent bathroom, had everyhing we needed. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. 10-15 min walk to Grand Place. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This hotel was perfect, fairly quiet street but close to shopping and center square. My son and I were made to feel comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Lastly, the rooms were so quiet and able to sleep at night. Definitely would recommend this hotel!
