Summary: Hotel is overall nice though the breakfast is really overpriced for 26 eur. I did “file” a complaint in the morning of my check out because one night someone just opened my door at 01:00 AM in the morning. I was confused and thought i dreamt. Minutes later the reception called me asking me if i was mister “X”, and said that that someone dropped chocolates in my room. I told him thats not me and he just said “well now u have chocooates! How can they just allow someone enter my room at 1AM? Why would u call someones room at 1AM? The lady at the reception couldnt care less either and just said yeah we can make these thpe of mistakes when some organizers want to do sth special for their guests… really? The hotel itself and its amenities however r fine, staff could be better trained m. (The “chocolate” was some cheap industrial muffin filled with bad chocolate not even from Belgium, so disappointing too)

Summary: Overall, I would recommend the hotel. Its location was great, right next door to the metro. Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and Bruxelles Palace and Museums are all walkable. There are also lots of shops and fast food on your doorstep. The hotel itself has a good gym and bar area. The room had a little fridge which was great for keeping my milk and water cool. If you don’t want your room made up each day you can hang a sign on your day and they give you a 5 euro voucher to spend in the bar/restaurant or donate to a local charity. I particularly liked this as I don’t like being disturbed by housekeeping when I’m on holiday. I gave mine to charity and had the added bonus of feeling good about myself for doing it. The only thing I would raise is the fact that my bathroom door didn’t shut. It had no mechanism within the door to allow it to remain closed which was strange. However, I didn’t raise it with reception so they had no chance to resolve it whilst we were there. I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms. But I’m assuming that housekeeping must have noticed before allocating us the room. Overall a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Summary: It was good but being a 4-star hotel, they have just ended up with two 500ml water bottles and then if we ask, they said those will be chargeable. when I have asked for Dental kit they said to come to the reception and collect. As they are rated as 4-star hotel they could at least serve or provide water.

Summary: A great hotel which was centrally located for all the tourist sites, shopping and public transport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were happy with our room but the bed was a bit firm for our taste and it became really hot in the room at night. Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Brussels.

Summary: Very convenient to metro station. Walking distance to Brussels central station and the city centre. Great selection of breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

Summary: We loved the hotel!! Easy check in, helpful, friendly staff, and a fun bar area with a pool table and shuffle board available!!! The area was very walkable to the shopping street, Grand Place, and public transport. I definitely recommend this hotel to all!!
