Bright and spacious apartment of 140 square meters in two floors, can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment is located in the quiet and vital Sestiere of Cannaregio, one of the few areas still inhabited by authentic Venetians and is spread over two floors both with services and kitchen.
On the first floor the house consists of a double room, a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom. On the second floor we find a triple and two single rooms, a second kitchen and a second bathroom.
Easily accessible, it is located at:
15 minutes walk from the Railway (train station) or Piazzale Roma (bus station).
5 minutes walk to the Jewish area.
A few steps from the motorboat stop (Alilaguna) to and from Marco Polo Airport.
The house is located in the splendid Fondamenta della Misericordia, an area full of bars, restaurants and quaint little shops. The nearest supermarket is at 140m, others a 5 minute walk and are open until 10pm.
The house is located just 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco and is close to the stop of all vaporetto lines to visit the city and the islands of Murano, Burano, Lido, Torcello.

Summary: The apartment was great! It's in a nice location, close to what's important but still quiet in the evening. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed and everything was clean and nice. Giacomo met us at the apartment to give us keys and show us around the place. He was very helpful and friendly, and had some good tips and ideas about places to go.

Summary: This property is located in a wonderful area of Venice. There are not a lot of tourist and you are very close to many restaurants and shops! The property was clean and the owner and his son were amazing to meet! We literally have nothing bad to say about this property! Stay here if you want to have a wonderful experience in Venice.

Summary: Beautiful place and in an excellent location. Easy to water taxi, and attractions. Host went out of their way to help us. Met us at water taxi and helped us because I had become handicapped walking.

Summary: Wonderful accommodation. Great location, quiet street and only steps away from restaurants, cafes and water transportation. There is a secure place to leave your luggage if you arrive prior to check-in. We were able to leave it there after check-out, too. Communication with Alvise and Giacomo was easy with quick responses. An information booklet was available with sightseeing tips. Definitely check it out. Everything we tried was a winner! Would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you Alvise and Giacomo

Summary: The property was great, it was in a good location, away from many of the really crowded areas, but a short walk to the main attractions. It was clean and tidy and it had air conditioning which was extremely welcome after a hard day sightseeing.

Summary: Charlotte was wonder with information and all communications. There was plenty of space for our entire group. The only downfall was that the air conditioners were not operational and with no window screens we were inundated with mosquitoes. The towels and bedding were quite rough as they most likely needed some fabric softener when washed. All in all of those issues are resolved I highly recommend staying at Alvise’s home!

Summary: Great apartment in fantastic location. Apartment was really clean and had everything you could need. Two kitchens with every appliance/gadget you could want. Four bedrooms all light and airy, and two bathroom with towels, soaps, hair dryers etc. Area itself was perfect. Metres away from lots of bars and restaurants, and only 20 minutes from St Marks Basilica. We had a great weekend, thank you!
