Islander is an exquisite contemporary villa combining the luxuries of a small boutique resort with the barefoot style and comforts of a casual beach hideaway. Situated about eighty paces from the shore of Grace Bay beach, rated “one of the best beach in the world” by National Geographic Traveler, this eco-friendly home exudes a calming Zen atmosphere, enjoys expansive views from its roof terrace and is walking distance to café and restaurants.
With four spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, Villa Islander is an ideal vacation rental for families, multiple couples, and groups of friends seeking stylish privacy and prime location in Grace Bay.
The home was designed to blend harmoniously with the landscape and to provide an ambiance of understated elegance with all the amenities necessary for celebration and relaxation, with all indoor areas under air conditioning, two pools, alfresco dining and a roof deck plus all the extras you could dream of – from sound systems to margarita glasses.
The layout consists of a Main House with a large open-plan dining and living area and a fully equipped kitchen, and the two master bedrooms, that yet afford a high degree of privacy tucked away from the social zone.
With glass on its four walls and the pool lapping the living room floor, the divisions between interior and exterior are visually eliminated and the resulting feeling of openness and connection to nature is totally blissful.
Leisurely convivial meals can be had around the elegant glass-topped dining table seating up to 10 persons. For alfresco dining just head outside to another rather rustic timber table (seating 12), magically suspended few inches above an infinity pool.
The other two bedrooms, which shares the same level of amenities and finishes of the masters, are situated few feet away in a stand-alone Garden House across the lawn. Both suites open to private garden views and are fitted with beautiful bathrooms and mini bars.
An abundance of glass doors, skylights, and clerestory windows flood the spaces of this home with natural light, that is filtered in strategic places by an intricate system of brise soleil made of alternating battens of wood. Mature palms swaying overhead and native plantings provide additional shade and privacy.
Each of the bedrooms suites offer a lovely haven for private downtime and peaceful sleep. They all feature: king-size beds, SPA-like bathrooms with rain showers, free-standing tubs and outdoor decks.
The villa enjoys a direct access to the Grace Bay shoreline with a 2-minute walk along a sandy path starting from the villa’s grounds. If a sand-between-the-toes walk is your preferred mode of transport, this is the right place.
Arrive to a stocked kitchen, treat yourself to lazy days by the pool, relax on the pristine beachfront under the shade of a parasol prepared for you by the attentive villa staff or simply sit on the roof lounge and watch the day go by.
Beyond the residence’s grounds guests may snorkel in the crystal-clear lagoon waters of the “Coral Garden” few meters offshore of the villa, charter a boat to explore nearby islands and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of nearby bars and restaurants.

Summary: Cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. 4 adult couples, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. All bedrooms were attractive and comfortable. The pool was lovely, but the beach was magnificent. The daily chair/umbrella set up was so nice. We used the chef for out first night and really enjoyed eating “at home”. We also used the massage service, recommended by Alessandro. It was so relaxing. We rented cars, which was ideal. We played pickleball, shopped and dined out a lot. We had just the right amount of activity and lounging by the pool/beach. Definitely enjoyed the privacy, but didn’t feel isolated. Walked to Somewhere Cafe for cocktails and food. Floating tiki bar picked us up one afternoon, which was a fun 90 minute ride along Grace Bay. Also rented a boat with Island Vibes for the day, which was the highlight of our trip. We love Turks. If we could have extended our stay, we would have. Alessandro and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. We always felt safe and taken care of. We would love to return to Villa Islander in the future. Do not hesitate to book this home.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at Villa Islander. The home was impeccably maintained and close to everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home and throughout our stay. The housekeeper and groundskeeper took great care of us. We enjoyed the private beach with the chairs set up for us daily. We also had a phenomenal experience with the in home chef that the host arranged for us. The host made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Summary: Villa Islander was an incredible place to spend several weeks in Turks & Caicos. Not only is the location ideal on Grace Bay Beach but away from most of the resorts, the villa is an incredible architectural masterpiece. The glass and views of the pool and lush tropical landscaping made it incredibly relaxing. The short walk to the beach allowed us privacy but easy to access as well. Finally, the host and staff managing and taking care of the villa were absolutely incredible and made the experience one of our best. We have travelled to the island on numerous occasions, always staying in private villas, and Villa Islander is on the top of that list for all of the reasons noted.

Summary: If I could rate this property more than 5 stars I would! The house is simply stunning! The stocked fridge, chef-prepared meals, daily housekeeping, and chair/umbrella set up added to our VIP experience. Very friendly staff and we were absolutely spoiled by Chef Naz and his amazing meals! The semi-private, gorgeous beach was just a short walk away and was perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The property was close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. We really enjoyed our spa / golf day. The property owner provided great recommendations for dining out, as well. We enjoyed a private sunset cruise and a half day snorkel excursion. It was the perfect vacation, and we were all very sad to leave. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: Wow. Absolute first class experience, and every bit as wonderful as it's portrayed here. The home is exquisitely designed and well laid out for 8, it's an easy private walk to the best section of beach in the area, and the home staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. On top of that, Alessandro was a thoughtful communicator and very easy to work with. Wonderful memories made. Don't hesitate. We'll be back.

Summary: Girls 50th birthday vacation and it couldn’t have been at a more perfect place. Rooms were beautifully designed, beds were comfortable and high end linens, location was fantastic - close to a lot but yet private and quiet. Claudia and Elwood treated us like family and were so helpful and kind. Alessandro was away so we didn’t meet, yet he was easily available by WhatsApp and handled any small issues quickly. Will stay again for sure!

Summary: The house is amazing, Alessandro is an excellent host. We arrived early and he was already there to show us the how everything worked and everything worked perfectly. The house is an architectural vision. It feels like you are in a jungle by the beach. The glass walls are spectacular. We were four couples and there was plenty of great space for us to be together, and we also all had our own private space. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and there were plenty of towels, paper products and personal cleaning products. I can't think of anything that was missing. The housekeeper each day was another big plus. It let us all just have a great time together. The chairs and umbrellas were set up and taken away everyday by the staff. It was a totally luxurious vacation and I know we will be back!
