Summary: Had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. Very well equipped, bed comfortable, showers great. Didn't need to have the pool heated in June. Took us about half an hour to walk to the marina but taxis are cheap and buses reliable so we used these a lot. Supermarkets just minutes away. Great accommodation in a lovely area.

Summary: Process from start to end ran smoothly, Tracey was on hand with any query’s and the property was excellent. Clean and modern, excellent WiFi. The property is situated not far from the beach bars and shops and in the other direction a short walk to the marina , two supermarkets on your doorstep what more could you ask for, I’d defiantly book again .

Summary: We were a party of four all over 50. We absolutely loved the villa and all of its facilities. We know the area very well so we knew we already loved it. The villa has everything you could need. It is in a peaceful location with two good supermarkets only minutes away. The communication from the owner was spot on too. We went in January so if you intend to splash about in the pool I recommend that you pay to have the pool heated as we did. It's a few minutes from a small quiet beach and about a 15 minute stroll along the coast to the Rubicon Marina with lovely restaurants and shops. In short you won't regret booking here for a second.

Summary: This villa is ideal for those wanting a quiet neighbourhood but convenient access to resort facilities. The marina area is about 20 minutes to ones side and the Papagayo natural park about 15 minutes the other. The Wi-fi was excellent and the heated pool ideal for a dip in the warm winter afternoons. The tv has a huge range of channels and there is a selection of games and books. We would have liked a few more essentials such as washing up liquid but overall a very enjoyable experience.
