Positive: The pools were nice and clean, there were restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was easy to find taxis to downtown. Wifi was strong enough to get some work done.
Negative: The pools have no shade and are so shallow that they can get too warm to feel refreshing. But when you're in paradise, this is a small price to pay. Nothing so bad I wouldn't return. We enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Broken sliding door, air conditioner was leaking water all over reaching my bed. When we call reception no body was able to do anything about it until the next day. Also, my mom is 90 and needed a first floor room and they didn’t have one until a day later and the room was very small for 4 people.

Positive: The entire property was beautiful and exactly what I was expecting for my short vacation. It had a private beach and I felt very secure with round the clock security. The room was beautiful and clean however on my last day there was a problem with the plumbing so the shower wouldn’t fully turn off and the bathroom in general had an awful smell. I was out of the room so I didn’t have to deal with it too much but the cleaning lady said she would let maintenance know but by the time I returned it was still not resolved. Not a big deal because it was my last night but still inconvenient whenever I had to use the bathroom/brush teeth etc. the restaurant staff was lovely and the pools were amazing and relaxing. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
Negative: The maintenance should’ve fixed the shower in a more timely matter. Other than that I had no complaints.
