Positive: Fantastic property with everything you need for a great holiday. Excellent communication, much appreciated welcome pack, great location with shops and bars nearby and Marina Rubicon about 15/20 mins walk. Quiet location with amazing views. Own hot tub and communal pool. Definitely booking again.

Positive: Loved the villa. Beautifully clean and spacious. In a nice, quiet residential area. Handy small supermarket, several cafes ( only open during daytime) and several nice tapas bars all within a few minutes walk from villa.
Negative: Slightly further walk from Playa Blanca's main beaches than we anticipated. A good 35 mins walk at a fairly brisk pace. That in itself was doable, but for some, they may need to consider a taxi.
Summary: Wonderful stay.

Negative: Main bedroom and bed were not as we would have expected in that size of property. Bed was very squeaky and felt small. Air con in the lounge constantly turns off and won’t easily restart. Air con elsewhere was good but you spend most time in the lounge

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Villasal, it has a nice large shared pool, and a hot tup at the villa. Villasal is in a good location, there is a few small Tapas restaurants, cafes , supermarket and small beach all within a 2 to 5 minute walk. Playa Mujeres Beach is well worth the 15 minute walk, very nice! In the evenings we had a lovely walk along the ocean front to the restaurants at Marina Rubicon, this takes around 20 mins. A must for ice cream lovers is a visit to little ice cream shop near restaurant La Case Roja. We would happily stay again at Villasal. Lastly, communication from all the agents involved with our booking was 10/10, excellent.
Negative: We only saw five sun loungers at the shared pool, a few more would be good.
Summary: Staying at Villasal made our first trip to Lanzarote prefect!
