This lower level one bedroom, one bathroom condo, is very spacious, 780 square feet, and has been professionally decorated and upgraded.
The bedroom has a pillow top king size bed with a large flat screen TV and a
separate patio. The living room has a leather sofa and loveseat, stereo system, Large flat screen TV, DVD & VCR, a wood burning fireplace and a separate patio.
There is a $75 fee for Internet usage but it also covers accessibility to around 100 channels on Cable TV.
The kitchen is large with all utensils necessary for your
cooking needs. The appliances are top of the line and the range has a separate broiler. A washer and dryer are provided for your laundry needs.
The condo itself overlooks the green belt. One private covered assigned parking space is provided and there are plenty of uncovered spaces available for visitors.
The Pointe Resort itself is a gated community located 15 minutes from Downtown and the airport. It is an extremely attractive complex with green belts, palm trees, 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzies, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in Phoenix for work and the condo had everything I needed. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and towels and in a gated community. I had some questions during my stay and the owner responded very quickly and was really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
