Entering this well-designed, clutter free, single level, 3 bedroom / 2 full bath, private home in Kona Paradise, the views instantly mesmerize you. You find yourself drawn to the sky, water, and the lulling sounds of the Pacific Ocean.
We call it Blue Hawaii, and have made every effort to keep amenities modern, comfortable, uncluttered, and functional to create a memorable Hawaiian vacation.
Blue Hawaii features an open beam ceiling joining the kitchen, dining, and living space into an easy flow layout conducive for indoor/outdoor living. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths comfortably sleep 2-6 Adults. Each space has large low-e insulated windows, shades, fans, and adjustable lighting throughout.
The master bedroom is complete with a cal-king bed with ocean view, Tommy Bahama linens, artwork, exterior privacy screen, room darkening curtains, two side tables with two drawers, two lamps, two trivets, two coasters, a credenza with nine storage drawers, a deep closet with two rattan baskets, a blanket, twenty-six wooden hangars, two fluffy robes, and a wooden luggage rack.
The two guest bedrooms have queen beds with ocean, plumeria, and mountain views, room darkening curtains, Tommy Bahama linens, artwork, mirror, side table with lamp, coaster, trash bin, ten wooden hangars, rattan basket, blanket, inflatable ottoman, side chair, and hanging organizer.
Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2022 (master ensuite and guest) and now have contemporary ceramic tile surrounds that remind you of bamboo, tubs, toilets, matte black hardware, vanity mirrors, curved shower rods, fabric shower curtains and liners, artwork, a remote fan with light, and fresh white vanities. PEX piping throughout and a new 66-gallon hybrid heat pump water heater.
The newly remodeled kitchen has a contemporary beach vibe with open oiled Mahagony upper shelving, quartz countertops, custom lower cabinets with soft close drawers, and ceramic tile floor. NEW stainless appliances: Whirlpool 17.7cf refrigerator/freezer, GE ceramic glass top electric cooktop, Broan stainless range hood/fan, Large Panasonic convection / microwave / air fryer, Kohler single deep stainless kitchen sink, garbage disposal, GE macerating 3-tier dishwasher, cool water dispenser, Keurig K-Cup combo with 12 cup drip, French press, coffee grinder, and electric kettle. Circulon nonstick cookware/lids, Henkle knife set, Oster blender, Cuisinart four slot toaster, rice cooker, hand mixer, cookie sheets, loaf pans, BBQ utensils, colander, cooking/baking/entertainment utensils, silverware, serving bowls/dishes, and Pyrex bake/cookware.
A beautiful open concept dining room with custom solid wood table for 6 with chairs and living room with leather three seat sofa and three comfortable chairs, leather ottoman, two side and coffee tables with lamps and coasters. Room darkening curtains, roller blinds on sliding doors, a workstation with rolling office chair, lamp, and USB charging.
The 12'x34' covered lanai (deck) is accessed through two large, screened sliding glass doors, creating an Indoor/outdoor living space, with dining for 6, a 2-piece conversation set, small side table, electric BBQ, woven Sun lounger, and a Balinese Day bed with Mesh surround.
Technology includes: a Vizio 55-inch LCD Smart TV with HDMI Access for laptop streaming, speedy Spectrum (No Cap) 5G password protected internet access (235 Mbps download/11.3 Mbps upload, Ping 14ms, Jitter 5.5ms). Verizon Wireless Cell Service works best here. T-Mobile, AT&T, Spectrum Mobile (Uses Verizon towers) and Sprint are also available on the island.
For fun and entertainment, we include board and card games, puzzles, Hawaiian literature, beach toys, beach towels, woven beach mats, ice chest, boogie boards, several water noodles, 4) beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There are two snorkel sets available, (caveat being that guests take FULL responsibility for any health issues or covid-19 occurring if used).
Remote Ceiling fans with lights in all indoor living spaces, including both bathrooms that keep the ocean breezes at a maximum.
