Positive: I like all about this hotel. The location, the staff, the price. It's all worthed it. Very recommended hotel if you come to Zhangjiajie.
Negative: The bed is a little bit too hard for me. But still ok to sleep.

Positive: The service is much higher of the expectation. and much better than 5 star hotel. the owner and the staffs are helpful, friendly, and nice. The location is very near to Tianmen Mountain Down Station, also near to airport, 72 wonder tower, and train station.

Positive: Huge room! Very clean and had a huge bathtub which was nice for relaxing. Comfy beds and had smart curtains too which was nice for the mornings Super close to the airport (7mins drive) and very close to the city center (10-15mins drive). The pickup service is also helpful! The lobby also has a little store/office where we could try on the traditional dress for free and take photos within the hotel which was a nice way to remember the trip! Only con is that the breakfast provided is not very tasty though it had decent options. We ended up ordering in breakfast from a local store the next day (it was delivered to our room too which was amazing!)

Positive: David has been amazing from the booking to the departure! He organized pickup/drop off to airport and also helped us arrange all the needed for our Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park trips allowing us to save a lot of money on private tours/transport. Our family room was large and perfect to accommodate our family of 5. The hotel position is perfect when you arrive late from airport and strategic if you want to go to Tianmen Mountain (few minutes walking and we were at the cable car that brings you in too if the mountain). Couldn’t be happier if our choice!
Negative: Probably the only thing that we could suggest to improve is the addition of more western elements (jam, butter, better bread) in the however Chinese/asian rich breakfast
