Positive: The location is perfect, only 5-10min from the airport with taxi. The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. They also explain us the best rout to visit these places, this help us a lot with our schedule. Also they upgrade our room for free.

Positive: EVERYTHING!!! The owners Lucas and Lily went beyond expectations and were extremely kind. Our plane was delayed and they still picked us up with no complaints. We were given a choice of room upgrades - all rooms were very well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is a boutique style family run cute property and very close to the airport and Tienmen mountain. Lily helped us get ALL TICKETS and gave us an excellent plan to spend not just our time at Tienmen but also the remaining days in Zhangjiajie national park. Without her we would waste so much time figuring out how and what to do.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Positive: Super friendly! They helped us organize the tours in Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie Forest and Grand Canyon to avoid crowds and also helped us buying the tickets way before our arrival to China. In addition, the rooms are really clean and seem quite new. For Tianmen mountain is perfectly located, really close to the cable car entrance (5 min by car). We just stayed 1 night in their hotel but wished to stayed longer.

Positive: Lily and Lucas went out of their way to help us make our stay as pleasurable as possible.Whether it was getting entry tickets, recommendations for restaurants, directions or getting a taxi and what to watch out for, we can't thank them enough. We felt so cared for.
Negative: I missed not having a fridge in our accommodation to keep our drinks cool given the fact we visited in their summer.
Summary: I would not hesitate in coming back to stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful pickup service, which made getting to the resort smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, not only welcoming us warmly but also helping design a custom itinerary that fit our schedule and interests perfectly. The environment was absolutely serene — each guesthouse has its own private courtyard, offering a rare sense of peace and privacy. It’s the perfect escape from the noise of city life, and I felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed during our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: freshly prepared and delicious. Everything was homemade and served with care — a perfect start to each day. The location is excellent as well — just a short ride from Tianmen Mountain, which made sightseeing super convenient. Positive: We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.
