Summary: The room my friend and I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jerry was also very accomodating and helped my friend and I arrange various excursions around Zhangjiajie. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wishes for friendly service and a stress free trip.

Summary: Perfect host, very attentive and nice guy/family who runs the hotel. Excellent air conditioning unit in the hot weather of these summer months, the only drawback is the lack of a ramp at the entrance of the hotel for those guests who are locomotion limited. The elevator worked just fine and the room is large enough to fit a wheelchair in.

Summary: I had a really great stay here. The rooms are really comfortable with en-suites and a great location (very close to bus station and tianmen mountain cable car whilst also been a very short taxi to the airport). The host was very very accommodating and was happy to speak in English which was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an easy and comfortable stay.
