Positive: It is very closed to the beach and nearby historical places - museums for example. Port is also closed where you can have a beautiful picture taken, not far from port there are many different cafes and restaurants, Waffles Mania became the most favourite for us. We were lucky to enjoy swimming pool in Marathon Beach Resort not far from our location. Very great property for staying with family for a holidays

Positive: Beautiful summer house in a great and calm location. House is very nice and comfortable and also clean with amazing terrace where we spend most of our evenings. The house offers a sufficient amount of kitchen utensils, bed sheets, towels etc. One of the beaches is about 5 minutes walk but we prefered "Paralia Mprexiza" which is more distant (about 20 mins walk) but it was OK even with children. Shops and restaurants are also near the house. Bus stop from where we took the bus to Athens is about 15 mins walk away. Easy check-in - we picked up the keys in the code box at the house. The host is very nice and he was always available on the Whatsapp and advised and help us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our holidays here and we definitely recommend it!

Positive: The house is big enough, there is some space outside to sit and enjoy the fresh air, the house is close to the seaside and to some restaurants, it is in a very calm area, the host is very nice and approachable.
Negative: The cleanliness was not what you would expect (especially in the current context, all the more important). Dusty, stains on the carpets, cupboard glass stained with what looked like champagne, the kitchen and cooking utensils seemed not to have been thoroughly cleaned in some time, patio furniture full of cat hair (although we are sure that it would have been better prepared for a summer stay). The house could be better maintained, you can see that the appliances and fit-outs are aged. Using the washing machine required to connect a cable extension, complicating the access to the bathroom. Finally, the photos are better than the place itself and are not representative.
Summary: It is not a bad place to stay, but for this price, you can definitely find something better.
