Immediate neighborhood is very safe with friendly neighbors. Carriage House is behind my home, so I'm on site if you need anything. Everything inside is brand new as of March 2019.

Summary: I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location was ideal and just a short walk to Loyola and Tulane, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes on Freret Street nearby. The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent kitchen facilities that made meal prep easy. The owner was incredibly nice and communicated well throughout my stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Summary: We had a great stay at Courtney's place. It was walking distance from cute restaurants and shops on Freret and only a mile from Tulane, where we were visiting my daughter. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Courtney is super nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: The Lair was the perfect place for my son and me to stay while visiting New Orleans at Christmastime. The place was spotless, the beds were comfy and it was outfitted to have everything we could possibly need. Thanks to our host, we had the perfect Christmas with my daughter who lives just a few minutes away.

Summary: This over garage apartment was cute, comfortable, well stocked and met all of our needs for an overnight stay in New Orleans. Would definitely stay here again. The queen size bed mattress is ok but not great. Apartment is in a convenient location for all New Orleans has to offer.

Summary: This apartment above the garage of a fabulous New Orleans home was exactly what I was looking for. It is clean and has great towels and sheets. Also it is more spacious than I expected. It has plenty of room for a couple of guests to come over for dinner and has a separate bedroom and a great little kitchen with everything you could need. I have already booked a future stay.
