Summary: This house is the perfect place for a family vacation to Rye. We had a wonderful stay and Liz was very responsive and lovely to deal with.

Summary: My family and I stayed in this wonderful spot for three weeks. It is a short walk down lovely neighborhood roads to get to the beach. The beach itself has gentle waves that are great for boogie boarding and surfing for beginners and for little kids to play in the gentle wavelets as it is a long flat beach. You can rent surf boards and wet suits nearby, as well as get surf lessons from some very sweet people who teach all ages from small kids to elders. The house is very comfortable. There is a large dining room table big enough for a larger family, a sunroom/porch that was great to hang out on, comfortable beds and everything we needed for a great vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling. You are also 15 minutes to Portsmouth. Over all a great vacation spot.

Summary: This was a great property just a few blocks from the beach. Our family has been coming to Jennes beach for years and we’re thrilled to have found this gem. There’s a great sun room in the back that has windows on 3 sides for a nice breeze. We spent most of our time there when we weren’t at the beach. The beach is an easy walk, great yard for the kids and everything you need in the kitchen so there’s no need to bring a thing. Super clean, well appointed and comfortable. The owner provided a beach wagon, chairs and games which made it easy to just show up and relax!! We’ll be back next year.

Summary: My family and I had a great stay at Liz’s Rye NH house last week. Four bedrooms and two baths only two block from Ocean blvd can’t be beat! Liz was a great host and left several thoughtful touches, like note pads and markers for my daughters to use and a beach buggy for our excursions. Will definitely like to book again, highly recommended!!
