Wake up to the sound of the surf from our spacious Rye NH Beach House Rental consisting of 8 rooms. This colonial with great ocean views is located across from the sands of Jenness Beach. Our home has been updated with a blue cabinetry, cambria quartz countertop and stainless kitchen appliances. All new white oak gleaming hardwood floors, and Maytag high energy washer and dryer. The downstairs has a large eat in kitchen, sun room, refurbished living room in Rowe Living Room Furniture and new wall mounted TV, dining room with built in china closet, granite/tile full bath, laundry area and two large closets. Four bedrooms (two of which open onto a large second floor deck overlooking the ocean) can sleep ten people. Master Bedroom has queen size bed; Second Bedroom has full size bed; Third Bedroom has two twin beds; Fourth Bedroom has two bunk beds. An additional new granite/tile full bath with double sinks is also upstairs. This special home has a central air system, two car garage with ceramic epoxy floor or use as a storage unit and save money Parking for six cars and a wonderful private yard. Walk across the street to your fun day at the beach (beach chairs and towels provided)! Starter Package of paper towels and T/P provided. No smoking/No Pet. Summary: The house is perfectly situated - just a minute or two walk to a public access path. It was immaculate and had anything you might need such as chairs, towels, boogie boards.

Summary: This place was huge! We stayed in September so it was a lot quieter than peak summer months, which was nice because the master is right on the road and can get noisy with traffic. There were plenty of beds and space, nice comfy couches. The floors when we arrived were still sandy so we did a lot of sweeping ourselves, but it seemed like everything else was sanitized! The washer dryer was nice, but the coffee making was finicky. I'm not sure I'd stay during peak summer months due to noisy traffic and the price. Other than that, the place was spacious and convenient.

Summary: My family enjoyed the house. It was large enough to spread out. The 2 full baths were updated and clean. Bedrooms were a good size and the mattresses were very comfortable. The house was nicely furnished. Great location to the beach access path. We enjoyed the deck and yard and having an outdoor shower was convenient.

Summary: rented this wonderful house for a small family beach vacation. i am normally in rye in august and was surprised to find a house this great available for the week of july 4th. it was perfect for our group of six adults. the house is well laid out and had three(!) tables that would easily seat six. it was great for combined meals and board games. you can see the ocean from several spots in the house, including the deck. it is an easy walk to the (paved!) beach access path. the house had a beach buggy, umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards. we were on the beach and in the water every day. close enough for bathroom/lunch breaks. full bath upstairs and downstairs, and we used both at the same time to get everyone showered after the beach and still had good pressure and hot water the whole time. the washer dryer was great as well. jon was very easy to deal with, and a very nice landlord. met us at the property early and was thorough in showing me how everything worked. it was an amazing find! we had a great time and would highly recommend.
