This first floor luxurious two bedroom one bathroom 1345 sq. ft. unit is just a few hundred feet from Jenness state beach, local restaurants, general stores, a yoga studio and surfing shops where you can rent surfboards and get lessons.

Summary: Everything about our stay in Rye was wonderful. Julie and Allen are phenomenal hosts, and the property itself exceeded our expectations. We felt truly at home as we made our morning coffee run to Common Roots, walked steps across the street to Jenness Beach, and cooked out on the patio in the evenings with family. The home was immaculately clean and fully stocked with beach essentials, including a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Julie and Allen have thought of everything and we can’t recommend this location highly enough. We are already looking forward to being back next year!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house was exceptionally clean, very functional, and at a short walking distance from the beach. The owners were very kind and friendly and they were easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to go again next year!

Summary: This property is amazing. It far exceeded our expectations . Julie and Allen are lovely hosts . We felt the stress melt away as soon as we checked in. Property is immaculate and well stocked. Very close to the beach but off the main road. My Grandson loved playing in the yard and meeting Bricco. We look forward to returning.
