Summary: Everything was great ! If anything the house had more room than the photos ! Well stocked kitchen supplies for cooking and plenty of space to eat / relax !! 11/10 book it & I would go again with

Summary: This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. More seating in the front room would be great. The bathrooms were nice, except the hall bath toilet wobbles when you sit. Overall, I can definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a quiet hideaway in NOLA.

Summary: this was our first time in new orleans so we were kind of nervous on booking this house but glad we ended up choosing this one. the owner of this place was very fast in responding and helped us in everything we needed. we stayed here for 4 nights and had sooo many things to do + more. the bedrooms were big and one of them connects to the other one which was unexpected but everything else looked nice. the beds were super comfy, one of the best we’ve slept in. one thing i do have to say though, the roads in nola are to drive catious in since potholes are everywhereee. other than that we really enjoyed this place & when we come back to new orleans, i’ll rent again :)

Summary: We had a great stay. The house was very clean and in great condition and we loved all the decorations inside.

Summary: The furniture was NOT at all like in the photos. All the bedroom sets have been replaced with cheap furniture. There was only one couch. No desk in bedroom. 3 chairs at kitchen table. Decor not like in the photos, either. It's like the photos were taken to sell the property and everything inside replaced now that it's a rental. The kitchen was clean but bare minimum (not even salt/pepper!). No laundry detergent like in the photo. No broom to sweep up, no cleaning supplies under the sink. After it rained there was a 6" deep puddle to get through the front gate, and believe me it was not something you could jump over so take off your shoes and socks and roll up your pants! Owner did drop off an air mattress and pump since there was only one couch and we needed two for sleeping arrangements. After that ZERO communication from owner after pointing out the other issues and misleading photos. Would not suggest this property due to the misleading details and bad communication.

Summary: I planned a surprise trip for my husband with some close friends of ours. We had the best time and the cottage was perfect! Clarence could not have been a better host, he even decorated for me to help with the surprise. The cottage was not hard to locate and it was close to everything with just a few min car ride. We could have even walked to the streetcar but it was pretty chilly on Sat. Thank you again Clarence and if we make it back to NOLA we will definitely be in touch with you!

Summary: This house is very sweet and is an easy place to stay while exploring New Orleans. The beds and couches are comfortable. One thing to note: the kitchen is equipped with extremely basic cookware and is not set up for cooking much. Thanks for having us!
