Summary: Overall my stay was fine, though the housekeeping was subpar. While fresh towels were provided, used towels weren’t picked up nor was trash emptied. The bed wasn’t made either. Having stayed here before with no issues, this was an unexpected oversight.

Summary: The bed was very bad. Noise was very loud even on the third floor. Called the front desk about it, said they would send someone up to take care of it. But the noise continued for at least another 2 hours. Spent the extra money to have a hotel with a restaurant. And the reviews were good but not great at all in my opinion.

Summary: We originally booked a pool view room not knowing that outside the window was the pool with kids running around, however that was on us. But i let the front staff know and they immediately changed our room. After that the stay was great, quite, no issues and the hotel itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again, just be warned about the pool view rooms.
