Positive: Location is very central to most things in the French quarter. And the terrace is nice to people watch. Appreciated the fridge in the room and the room amenities.
Negative: There’s no staff at the location. When we arrived, the check-in code did not work and we were standing outside with nine other people whose codes also did not work to get into the building. Someone who was already staying in the building was able to let us all in. About 20 minutes later someone did call us and assisted us with a working code to enter the building . This location does not have luggage storage for when you check out because it is not staffed, which is a shame. It would be nice if another Roami location would let you store your luggage. Unfortunately, the location is loud. Whether someone on the street is blasting their music at 4 in the morning or if someone upstairs has loud footsteps you can hear everything.
Summary: A place just to sleep. Nothing special.

Positive: I like how it’s right in the FQ. I normally hang out on Decatur so it was just right there.
Negative: I didn’t like that there was so much space between the door and frame. Light from outside my room spilled in through the cracks and the door shook each time someone came or left and slammed their door (happened a lot.) and it would have been nice to have had one chair at least on the balcony.
Summary: Perfect location, clean rooms, but other patrons being loud can be bothersome.

Positive: i did like my room when i finally was able to get in. the decor was attractive and loved the huge balcony pool was nice tho didnt have a chance to use it. front balcony rooms are listed as terrace rooms
Negative: virtual hotel nobody on premises to help if you have a problem. given wrong door codes which is pretty inescusable long wait almost 30 minutes to get thru to anybody on the phone i don't have a cell phone so had to lug bags in the rain looking for a hotel that would call customer service for me and wait 30 minutes to get someone on the line!!! They did give me partial refund to make up for the hassle i experienced
Summary: room very pretty but 3 hr hassle to get in due to wrong door codes

Positive: The space in the unit was more than enough, the beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were magnificent. This was an amazing space to spend the week trip that we were out for.
Negative: The location didn’t provide much of a view of the city. Our room was facing the back end of the city towards the expressway. It’s more so of a personal preference than something that is a true issue

Positive: LOcation was best part. I felt pretty secure. Bed was good. EVerything worked as intended.
Negative: There was a leak in the bathroom which made noise sometimes. The rug kept folding everytime door opened. Nothing substantial.

Positive: The location is excellent in the French Quarter. The apartment is nice and spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony! The bed was comfy and the air con worked great. We enjoyed the pool as well.
Negative: The noise was absolutely outrageous and it was a shame because we really loved the apartment. I understand this may not be within the property's control, but the noise from the street definitely affected our experience staying here. There were construction works going on across the street, and it was incredibly loud every day. Maybe we were unlucky to stay there while these works were being carried out, however, apart from this noise, the trash trucks make an outrageously loud noise at 5am every day. It was so hard to sleep through the noise they make.
