Summary: Nice spacious home, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, toiletries provided and laundry supplies. Host was a great communicator. Easy walk to the broadmoor but there are bears in the neighborhood fyi. Deer also. Very cool trip for a family. They also have baby items - pack and play, high chair. Very well thought out vacation rental.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Broadmoor Stunner”. We travel a lot in the winter months and we got so sick of staying at a hotel that we decided to try a VRBO for the first time. We were not disappointed! The home was comfortable and spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen was well appointed and we were grateful to be able to cook healthy meals instead of eating out. Each of the 4 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The entire place was exceptionally clean and we felt right at home. We appreciated the attention to detail and provisions like ice melt for the driveway. Eric was also a wonderful host - very communicative and accommodating of our needs. We will definitely book this lovely home again if we are in the area!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for the Broadmoor and the zoo. We were impressed how well the kitchen was stocked. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Responsive and helpful host. They even cleaned snow off the driveway! I highly recommend this listing.

Summary: Everything was as described in the listing very clean and the communication with property owner was great! I have nothing to complain about. Only thing I may suggest is a little more comfortable seating in the upstairs family room for down times but we made it work when needed. Would definitely stay here again.
