Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at home when you walk through the door! The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors.
This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard.
A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you.

Summary: Perfect little place us and our two little dogs. The backyard and dog run are great and the dogs enjoyed themselves. If we return to this area we will definitely book again.

Summary: The property is impeccably clean. The maintenance folks should be congratulated. The house is accurately described in the listing. In addition the thought that went into the detailed conveniences (new coffee maker, doggie bag dispenser, shower gel, ect) is the best if any place we have stayed.

Summary: We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to attend a skating event at the World Arena, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative—especially when I realized I left something behind. Summary: This is a great property close to the Broadmoor. Hosts were very responsive. Rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Great to have full kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking works well also for 2 vehicles. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
