The resident Canyon deer will visit daily! Imagine falling asleep listening to the creek gently flowing outside your bedroom windows! The Creekside Hideaway Cabin is a true gem, located directly on Cheyenne Creek! Beautiful furnishings including your own Aspen Log Bed! Great attention to detail with your comfort in mind!
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area, living room and well stocked kitchen. The living room includes a new 55" TV with hundreds of channels to choose from! Kitchen is superbly stocked! Griddle, Belgian Waffle Maker, Spice Rack, Coffee Pot/grinder, Crock Pot... list goes on!
The master bedroom has a king size aspen log bed with a top of the line mattress and a view of the creek outside your bedroom window! Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with top of the line mattress and view of the creek...a truly peaceful, beautifully decorated space. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and beautiful view of the creek. Living room has a full size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. You are minutes away from all amenities, yet secluded in the beauty and serenity of the Creekside Hideaway Cabin. Have your morning coffee while enjoying the musical bells from the Will Roger's Shrine and historical churches. Go hiking, biking and exploring at the Stratton Open Space Preserve, just a few blocks away! Summary: Very nice house stocked with pretty much everything you would need. The creek out back is a bonus. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: This is my 4th visit to Sandi's amazing creek side homes. It is truly an oasis of nature and peace in the heart of the city. If you need a refreshing retreat, do yourself a favor and book it! We had ducks, squirrels, deer, and even a bear visit during our stay two weeks ago. Everything we wanted to see was less than a 20 minute drive. A quiet neighborhood and so close to the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City shopping, and parks. Already looking forward to my next time to escape from Texas heat to Sandi's beautiful and cozy home.

Summary: This is our second time staying here and our experience the second time was just as good as the first a couple years ago! The location is superb, it’s sparkling clean, and so peaceful to be right by the river! My one and only issue is the smell from the cleaning products they use is SO strong, almost like a pinesol type chemical smell. This likely wouldn’t bother most folks given I didn’t see it mentioned in any other reviews, but if they switched to less pungent cleaning products we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: I went to Creekside for a time away by myself and was hoping for someplace peaceful. This home exceeded my hopes! Right along the creek, the sound is lovely and the beauty is wonderful. Set on a quiet street with places to sit on the back deck, it was just what I wanted. The home is impeccable and comfortable and I hope to go again! It would be a great place to stay with another couple, a family or to share a time away with friends.
