Positive: Excellent communication prior to arriving , very good value for a one night stay , situated near to both stadiums , and next to a Wetherspoon , working lift, nice hot powerful shower
Negative: Initially hard to find as building is called the grand and no detail of this with the booking. We found the sofa bed very uncomfortable and was glad it was for only one night

Positive: Very spacious, comfy beds, clean and had everything you need! Only stayed for one night but the location was right in the town centre and parking around the corner so it was perfect.
Negative: Getting into the building was a little confusing but managed it in the end!

Positive: Nice size flat in great location for Cardiff city centre and the stadiums. Parking at the Arms Park (rugby club) across the road was close and easy (but was £24 for 24hrs). Abundance of towels and bedding available should they/it be needed!
Negative: We had problems getting into the building (whilst this was handled relatively quickly it still led to 15 minutes waiting outside). Inside the flat, there were a several minor inconveniences which we just hadn't expected for the price paid. Things like: dirty glasses, rubbish on the terrace area, a particularly hard and uncomfortable sofa (the one that isn't a sofabed), a missing door handle to the living area, a bathroom light hanging down, no working extractor in the bathroom, no hand soap and and bottle of Nivea Mens shower gel was the only toiletry provided. It may sound petty listing everything but hopefully they can be rectified for incoming guests.
