Positive: Was not there for fun, but appreciated the gym, (small) pool and other amenities. Loved the popcorn. WIsh I'd been there for the donuts. The kitchen facilities were terrific.

Positive: There was no breakfast. Everything about the facility is excellent with one exception noted below. I've been to New Orleans twice and stayed here both times. Would do so again.
Negative: The efforts by the "concierge" to sell stuff, including the "presentation" are beyond annoying. We skipped out as soon as we figured out what they were doing, even though they tried to prevent it. We cautioned late arriving relatives to avoid them, and they did.

Negative: I requested my car to the valet for 6am and It wasn’t ready which caused me to be late to my meeting.

Positive: I didn't know about the breakfast. We loved how friendly and helpful everyone was. They helped us figure out how to get to the places we wanted to go. We loved the popcorn and the bread pudding. We loved the pool facilities but didn't have enough time to use them.
Negative: Nothing really. We were really happy.
