Summary: Excellent stay. The hotel was super clean, smelled very good. Breakfast looked fantastic. Check in was easy. Front desk employees were super nice and informative. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Summary: Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean, welcoming and smelled nice. The room was okay overall. Somewhat small with not alot of storage or counter space for a family with 2 young children. Room was clean and there were great breakfast options offered each morning. Disappointed that the hot tub in the pool area had lots of foam despite a worker stating that she changed the water the morning after we arrived. When i looked it up on Google, it states that foam in a hot tub indicates organic matter in the water, lack of the right balance for chemicals and/or dirty filter/jets. So we stayed away from the hot tub. My kids did enjoy swimming in the pool. The hotel was only 10 min drive to Hershey. Check in/out was convenient and easy. Price for our stay was reasonable.

Summary: The front desk clerk was kind about telling us that we had to wait 30 minutes to check-in or pay $25. The pool area was extremely hot and the pool water is cold. Additionally, we had to ask for towels after being in the room two days. We were given a lecture about how to ask for towels. There were clumps of hair in the room. Overall, I would not return back to this hotel. My reasoning for selecting this hotel was the online rating of 10/10.

Summary: We had a good experience. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Room was clean and fresh. Lobby is inviting, coffee was fresh and good the entire trip.

Summary: Clean room,very friendly service especially the kitchen crew. Breakfast was good wish they had more variety,but good .pool and hot tub was a plus . Hershey park 5 mins away another plus my kids especially enjoyed .will definitely come again very soon .highly Recommend

Summary: The room was not clean. Stained sheets, hair in the shower, a used soap bar in the shower, and the toilet smelled as if someone peed all over it. The staff member was helpful when I showed pictures of the lack of cleanliness.
