Summary: My stay was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. Shelita was always so upbeat. She seemed genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could be. She found tours for us and even booked them for us. This hotel is in walking distance of much of what New Orleans has to offer. There are excellent restaurants very near the hotel.

Summary: Bed was like cardboard. Back hurts myself and my wife. I have stayed there before and never had that issue. Don't know why that bed felt that way this time. Everything else was wonderful

Summary: Backed up pluming on several different days and even once we changed rooms, the new room had the same issue so I’m gonna assume it’s the hotel that has the plumbing issue and not a room by room case. Did not want to pack up and move to a third room or a new hotel so we just endured it for the last two days but it did also have an odor.
