It is a modern, classic and welcoming space with all the amenities of a home away from home. It is located in a safe, quiet and secure neighborhood. It is the only townhouse in the development that is semi detached with plenty of outdoor space.
Strategically located from Harrisburg Airport and Interstate 81 and 83.
Penn State Hershey and UPMC Osteopathic hospitals are located a few miles from the house. Whether you are visiting for business, work or leisure our home is strategically located. Conveniently located within 5.5 miles of Hershey park and it’s attractions, about a 15 min drive East.
The Harrisburg capital is 7.8 miles,about 15 min drive West. There’s a lot to do downtown, and if you have time, I’d recommend touring and visiting the museums.
Lancaster, or Amish country, is within a 45 min drive Southeast. The area is loaded with antique shops, restaurants and fun things to see and do.
Looking for a location to dine or grab a drink? Arooga’s Bar and Grill is located within a walking distance(5 min),just in front of the neighborhood.

Summary: Thank you to Purity and her husband for their terrific hospitality! We used this home as a home base while our family enjoyed HersheyPark and all that Hershey has to offer. The weekend was perfect!

Summary: Wonderful stay for a long weekend at Hershey Park. Purity had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Perfect location to visit the parks. We had a great time!!

Summary: Stayed for a Hershey weekend. Only 15 minute ride to Hershey which was nice to be away from the congestion by the park. Place was perfect for the family and communication with Purity was great. Only issue was kitchen refrigerator didn’t work which is understandable if it just happened. Purity let us use the basement refrigerator which helped. Will definitely be back again. Thanks!

Summary: Came for a softball tournament in Hershey and this was a great location. Close to the park and close to the ball fields. Host was great and very responsive. Just like a home away from home.

Summary: Read the listing carefully. The listing included the basement pull out as a bed. When we arrived, the basement was locked. I asked the host and was told that the basement was available for an extra charge. I scoured the original listing and saw in fine print in the "House Rules" that an extra fee was charged for the basement. This should have been disclosed in the body of the listing and it wasn't even an option when booking, nor was I ever asked. We arrived late at night, so my son had to sleep on the couch in the living room. One of the beds is also incredibly squeaky. If you move the slightest, it makes loud sounds, so much so that my wife had to go downstairs as well and make a bed out of couch cushions to sleep on the floor. Also, the host needs to fix the kitchen sink faucet.

Summary: My family had a great time staying here for our weekend at Hershey Park that was 15 minutes away. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. Purity was lovely and very accessible when needed. The listing shows photos of a finished basement however the basement was locked and inaccessible to us during our stay. The listing should be updated appropriately if the basement is not part of the renters stay.

Summary: It is hard finding VRBO with three queen beds. This fit the bill. The property was as listed and was in a great location. We were back and forth between Harrisburg and Hershey, and found this to be a great middle location. There were a few tiny items the owner may want to address to make it even better. One of the beds is super squeaky. There are only 3 chairs around the dining table...even if matching chairs aren't available, having a few card chairs available would be really nice. In one of the other bedrooms, it sounded like there could be a critter of some kind in the walls...there was a persistent scratching-like sound that made it difficult to sleep This is not to imply the place was dirty or anything, this kind of thing just happens and may be worth checking out. Thank you for having us, if we're ever in the area again, we'll be in touch.
